By Kim Knox Beckius, About.com

Looking for a Six Flags New England coupon or discount offer to help you save money on admission to New England's premier amusement park? Here is a round-up of ways to make your day at the park more affordable, from printing your discounted tickets before you go to taking advantage of coupons and special offers from organizations, credit card companies and merchants.

1. Save with Six Flags New England's Print-N-Go Option

The easiest way to save on admission to Six Flags New England is to use the park's Print-N-Go option. Purchase discounted Six Flags New England tickets directly online from the comfort of your home at any time, then simply present your printed, pre-paid ticket and photo ID at the theme park ticket gate. For 2008, you'll pay just $29.99 instead of the $39.99 charged at the gate.

Two promo codes, COLDSTONE and DUNKIN, issued early in the season by Six Flags are no longer required to received this discounted $29.99 rate. Six Flags New England is now making the child's admission rate available to all online ticket purchasers.

2. Buy a Six Flags New England Season Pass and Save

If you plan to visit Six Flags New England for three or more days during the 2008 season, you'll save money by buying a Season Pass. Buy four season passes and pay just $74.99 per pass. Season Pass holders also get other park perks, such as Bring-A-Friend tickets.

3. Pick Up a Six Flags New England Coupon at Dunkin' Donuts

If you're lucky, you may find a Six Flags New England coupon at a Dunkin' Donuts shop in the region. I found this year's coupon at my local Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut in May, and it offers significant savings for park-goers. Simply present the coupon at the main gate any day during the 2008 season, and pay $29.99 for each of up to eight adult admissions.

4. Get Cheap Six Flags New England Tickets at Your Local AAA Office

Are you a AAA member? Then you can save money on admission to Six Flags New England by presenting your AAA card at the gate, and you may be able to save even more by purchasing discount tickets in advance. Show your AAA card at the gate to save $4 on up to six adult admissions; the discount on Wednesdays is $12 per adult. AAA members also receive a 10 percent savings on merchandise at select Six Flags parks.

You may be able to save even more by visiting your local AAA office before your trip to the amusement park. When I checked with my local AAA in Connecticut this year, they had tickets for adults and children available for $27; that's a savings of $12.99 per adult and $2.99 per child.

5. Six Flags New England Coupon for Campers

Campers who stay at Sodom Mountain and Southwick Acres Campgrounds, located near Six Flags New England, can print this online coupon and redeem it at the campground office for discounted Six Flags New England tickets. The price with the coupon is $27 for all ages. If you camp Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, there's also a coupon that will entitle you to one free Six Flags New England ticket, plus an additional ticket for $26.

6. Free Six Flags New England Admission with the Go Boston Card

The Go Boston Card entitles the bearer to admission to more than 70 Greater Boston attractions, including Six Flags New England. The theme park is located 90 miles from Boston in Springfield, Massachusetts, but if you plan to mix sightseeing in the city with a day at the park, you may save money by investing in a multi-day Go Boston Card. You'll need to arrive at Six Flags before 5:30 p.m. to use the Go Boston Card for admission. Redeem your Go Boston Card for an admission pass at the Group window when you arrive at Six Flags New England.

7. Springfield Massachusetts Entertainment Book

The 2008 Entertainment Book for Springfield, Massachusetts, is loaded with coupons, and the book itself is now free when you reserve the 2009 edition. Although there is no coupon for savings on admission to Six Flags New England, this Entertainment Book does have a coupon that entitles you to a free game with the purchase of one game play, which will save you a few bucks if you're hoping to bring a stuffed Tweety Bird home from your day at the park. If you plan to spend several days in Springfield in conjunction with your Six Flags New England trip, you can also save on dining at local restaurants and admission to other area attractions, such as the Basketball Hall of Fame and Davis' Farmland (home of the Mega Maze).
